Kai Collective – Swim collection Launch

Kai Collective is a London-based brand created by Fisayo Longe. Known for the Gaia dress which shot the brand into the mainstream after being seen on some well known celebrities and influencers, the brand is now transferring their iconic swirl pattern to their first swimwear collection. The new collection, aptly named Dancing in the deep end, features Bikinis in variations from high waist briefs and bandeau tops to triangle tops and thongs, as well as swimsuits and sarongs all in a dazzling array of unique and attention grabbing patterns.

World of Nalu – The Nimbus Slide 

Whilst on the topic of getting beach ready, World of Nalu have released their first footwear item the Nimbus slide. Starting off as durag brand, World of Nalu has gradually been expanding over the last year, adding full Nylon tech tracksuits and facemasks to their offerings which are wearable all year round. Bianca Saunders X Browns – The Tourist

LVMH Prize finalist Bianca Saunders has teamed up with fashion boutique Browns Fashion for Focus SS21 Capsule Collection The Tourist. In line with Saunder’s distinctive style the menswear collection references her West Indian heritage with pieces like the Jamaican Mom print shirt and tailored cargo trousers that incorporate streetwear references in a silhouette that reminds me of the style of men from the Windrush generation in the 40’s and 50’s. And a special mention to the 80’s with the Barlon Leather Trousers. The collection is intentional, strong, and presents covetable pieces such as the Barlon Leather Jacket and Cape Trench Coat.
