Escape The Mundane with [@paralleltheory]’s “Vibes” featuring [@samwiseldn]

p-rallel has announced his debut EP Forward via 4ZA/Black Butter Records.

The track amplifies p-rallel’s aptitude with wispy club bangers over the more tethered undertones of a confident musician. The new EP, will include previously released singles “Believe”, the amapiano inspired “Get Down” and today’s Balearic infused track “Vibes”

After losing his hard drive the frustration and sheer perseverance led to an inevitable nugget of gold creatively when he came out with “Believe” featuring Jeshi and Fredwave. Talking about his previously released single p-rallel notes, “It’s quite mad because this song was the first song I made after my hard drive broke a while back,” he explains. “I was very stressed because I thought I had lost my whole EP. Then I did a session with Fredwave, he was like, ‘Just believe in your craft.’ Then, boom, this tune came out of it. I sat on the tune for a while but then revisited it earlier this year. I thought Jeshi would sound good on it, and here you have it: ‘Believe’!”.

It’s easy to get a sense Forward is going to be packed with quality work considering p-rallel’s appearances in the past across various EPs, from Lord Apex’s Interplanetary Funk to GreenTea Peng’s “soulboy”. Not only this but some UK favourites have shown up for the features on his latest project, with the likes of Sam Wise, Jords, Jeshi, Rachel Chinouriri, Fredwave, Kasien and more.
