‘Wicked’ is an unexpected collab, but one that pushes the boat out.

‘Wicked’ was masterminded by two incredible women who weren’t afraid to experiment a bit sonically. If you’ve followed us for a while you will probably recognise Eliza Legzdina, but lau.ra may be a new face to you. lau.ra is a singer, songwriter and producer who has worked with the likes of Radiohead and been backed by tastemakers like Annie Mac throughout 2020. She has also performed under the moniker FEMME and her musical style floats between Electronic and Pop to varying degrees.

On ‘Wicked’ we get that more electronic production only it’s punctuated with energetic and fun filled Rap from Eliza. Rap and Electronic music don’t cross paths all too often but there’s definitely potential in that collaboration as evidenced on this track. It’s definitely a club record even though all the clubs are closed and has already been picked up in editorial playlists on both Spotify and Apple Music.
