Soulfully-tinged Kwaku Asante has been busy over the last couple of months. Releasing his silky-smooth EP honeycomb last-year, which draws inspirations from D’Angelo, the singer quickly gained fan-attention. Set to perform an array of performances in support of the project (including Grace Carter’s tour), Asante also decided to unlock one of the EP’s singles “Sunday,” dedicating its supporting visual to the love of women.

The intimate clip sees the crooner amidst a full band of guitar, keyboard and drum players as his husky and instantly vintage vocals fill the room. Directed by Curtis Essel, “Sunday” mainly takes place at Urchin Studios, with an array of women’s profile shots placed in-between.
