808INK drop their third project, Hungry LP, which has cemented their place as the “most gully duo in the world.”
Following from their Billy’s Home LP which dropped last year, Mumblez Black Ink & producer 808Charmer bring us a 13 track LP which showcases a unique strand of hip-hop, that will have you stepping to Smile and then without even knowing mosh-pitting to Dssy.
808ink have been making waves in 2016 so it’s no surprise their album was so highly anticipated. If you’re a true fan of the clan then you would know the chances of the LP not living up to exception was virtually impossible. This morning we all woke up to the release of ‘Hungry’ and boy is if fire. It consists of 13 tracks in total, some of which you may recognize such as DSSY and Jeep Cherokee. The Album also feature a plethora of new tracks that will have you dancing one second and vybzing, rolling a joint the next.
Having listened to the album a few times, I can’t decide which songs are actually my favourite, I love all of them. If I had to pick I would probably have to pick out ‘Mommy Called’, ‘Beeper’ Feat Daniel OG and Honey Pot’ You can have a listen to the LP below via Spotify however the project is also available via Itunes.
