Why you need to watch brand new Cosima [@cos1ma] “South Of Heaven” visual tape.

This brand new seven-track debut mixtape South Of Heaven by Cosima, will take you on a spiritual journey. Hailing from Peckham, South London, Island Record’s signee has already gained mass attention from singles ‘Girls Who Get Ready’, ‘Hymns For Him’ and ‘Had To Feel Something’ which also feature on this mixtape alongside four new unreleased tracks.

South Of Heaven was written at a time when nothing ever felt like it was enough,” says Cosima. “I couldn’t get out of bed and couldn’t work out how to be good to myself. I was just waiting for someone else to love me so that I didn’t have to. I was in a state of self-inflicted purgatory. Putting this mixtape out is a selfish form of therapy for me, but maybe one person will need to hear the songs as much as I needed to write them.”

To top it off the songstress has also released the mixtape as a 28-minute visual-mixtape, which was directed by Cosima herself.

This body of work shows Cosima is in it for the long run and we cannot wait to see what the future holds for her.
