Piers James, a name you will hear more from in 2018,  releases visuals to his action-packed video to ‘Samurai’ reminding us all why he is one to watch.

With lyrics such as “Chopping Up Beats and Slicing the competition. that’s why they call me the Samurai” Piers did not come to play games with this new banger.

Waving the flag for the UK Hip Hop scene, Piers drops the video following his latest project, ‘Vibes & Tribulations II’ which received praise with leading track ‘Unfinished Business’ feat IMONI receiving combined plays of 70k across streaming platforms and being playlisted on Spotify’s Chilled Pop Hits. Piers has been on a no stop roll of laid back anthems with the likes of ‘These Nights’ which gained support from Huw Stephens (Radio 1) and DJ Target. (1xtra)

The cinematic visuals to Samurai displays the idea of being a black samurai through an appealing aesthetic and samurai styled armour whilst the samurais play out Pier’s inner thoughts within a lucid dream world.

Piers James, is a force to be reckoned with and we believe will be making even bigger moves within music in 2018.
