After an extended hiatus VGO is back with ‘Show & Tell’.

VGO is a South East London talent with plenty to ‘Show & Tell ‘ on the new single. He doesn’t define himself as being any one sound and instead considers himself a genre that stands alone. He has had his biggest hit so far on his track ‘Ferris Bueller’ but that was released back in 2017. He continued releasing music after this into 2018 but after that, it’s been radio silence until now.

‘Show & Tell’ is almost a response to that hiatus, seen best in lines like:

“I don’t tell, I’m gonna show”

So rather than getting into the hiatus or making a fuss about it, we know he’s been working on something in the background. Whether it’s new music or planning his next steps VGO is back and it sounds like he’s ready to shake things up. This track is his announcement that he’s back and it is a track that is very fitting of that both in message and quality.

The track’s production is bouncy and the hook is infectious. But more than that VGO delivers solid verses to complement this in a way that sounds unique but not unfamiliar. He details his approach to things and makes statements of his intention for things moving forward. If he follows through on this with some consistency VGO could really push on to do very big things.
