Chiedu Oraka releases his video for ’21st Kid’. This concludes an exciting year for the talented Hull rapper – whose EP was released last Friday, also titled ’21st Kid’. The name was inspired by the street on the north Hull estate, 21st Ave, where he was born and raised.

“21st Kid embodies a lot of the pressures I had growing up. Most of the people I looked up to in my area are now either in jail or drug addicts. I didn’t always fit the mould, I was definitely an outsider for a lot of years, and then you decide to conform in fear of further alienation”.
Having performed at his hometown in Hull at BBC Big Weekend this year, he’s also supported some of the UK’s leading Hip-Hop and Grime MCs including Akala, Wretch 32, Lunar C, Mikill Pane, Mo Stack, Stormzy, Jaykae and Paigey Cakey.
Chiedu Oraka is certainly one to watch in 2018,
